Family Nights coming soon

March 31st, 2008

April 6 at 4:30 pm we will gather at St. Joseph’s Activity Center for our first monthly Family Night. Any students or families or individuals interested in any way in JPGHS are welcome to attend to meet one another and learn about one another and the exciting opportunities at JPGHS. We will feed you, have time for the kids to play (bring your favorite ball or board or card game) and time for the adults to ask questions and discover solutions. We will also be able to tour the 3rd floor for those who are interested in seeing our temporary home.

We have a temporary home

February 25th, 2008

St. Joseph’s Parish Council tonight agreed to allow John Paul the Great High School to utilize the 3rd floor of their newly renovated Parish Activity Center, the “old St. Joseph School,” for the temporary location of our school in its early years. St. Joseph’s School was the first primary school established by St. Mother Theodore Guerin 166 years ago. By the mercy of God and the merits and prayers of St. Theodore Guerin, may we renew her work of Catholic education in the region!

Website Overloaded!

February 21st, 2008

We had so many hits today that we ran out of bandwidth. Glory to God!

With the help of our able bodied webmaster, the problem was quickly resolved.

We can only believe that our region is ready and waiting eagerly for JPGHS. Let us continue to offer prayers and sacrifices for the success of this school and for the faith of our community.
