What makes JPGCHS different from what is currently available? Print

We are unique because of our...

Family Atmosphere
Community is built as we come together to reach our common goal:  the formation of our students.  Through this sacrifice and work, the family of JPGCHS is born, and bears the fruits of holiness and missionary zeal.

Small Class Sizes
Smaller classes not only allow for more personal attention, but they also encourage students to participate.  Educators and researchers agree that the most effective learning environment is one that gives teachers ample time to address each student individually.

Academic Excellence
We meet college admission requirements by offering:

4 yrs of English         3-4 yrs of Lab Sciences
4 yrs of Spanish        3-4 yrs of Social Studies
                                                    3-4 yrs of Math

Throughout all 4 years, our curriculum integrates fine arts, health and physical education, and service learning.

Anchored in 4 years of evangelization and catechesis, the dynamic teachings of John Paul the Great will permeate the entire curriculum.

Prayer and Sacraments
Each day will include community prayer and frequent invitation to personal prayer.

Students will experience the graces of the Sacrament of Holy Communion every other day and will have frequent opportunities for the graces of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Service learning will round out the opportunities our students have to enact the classroom learning about their faith.
